Monthly Policy Calls

Every other Thursday at 2pm, starting Feb. 6th through March 16th and EVERY WEEK starting March 20th.

These calls will keep you updated on bills United Ways of Texas is tracking, answer your questions, and allow us to gather input. Beginning March 20th, the call will switch to weekly through the end of the Legislative session. Special Learning Session with Texas Rural Funders

Virtual Legislative Recap

Diversify United Way Revenue: Explore Planned Giving and Freewill

Join us as we welcome Evelyn Morgner, Senior Director of Endowment & Gift Planning Services at United Way Worldwide for this important discussion, July 24th, 10:00 AM. Learn more about accessible ways for any size United Way to diversify their revenue through planned giving and avoid missing out on this important source of donor support.

This will be a great discussion for all United Ways and will cover clear and achievable actions that you can take, regardless of the size of your United Way. From increasing gift types, to leveraging Freewill- a free service to you and your donors that all local UWs receive from UWW - to gaining personalized support for your United Way as you diversify your revenue, you will walk away with helpful advice and resources on an important topic.
