2013 United Way Day at the Texas Capitol

Thank you to the United Way staff, volunteers, other supporters who made 2013 United Way Day at the Texas Capitol in Austin, Texas on February 27, 2013 such a success!

During our Day at the Texas Capitol, statewide advocates convened at the Texas Capitol to show collective support for United Way priorities of education, income, and health.  Members of United Ways across Texas were recognized on both the House and Senate floors for the passage of the United Way Day resolutions, acknowledging the continuous good work of United Way staff, volunteers, contributors and advocates.  (Senate Resolution 18 and House Resolution 509)
