ADRIANNA CUELLAR ROJAS
President & CEO
Ms. Rojas has a lengthy history working with nonprofit organizations, state agencies, and advocacy groups, advancing partnerships and initiatives that improve communities. She leads a United Ways of Texas team recognized as the #1 nonprofit lobbying organization in the state.
ROXANNE SALDAÑA JONES
Senior Vice President
Ms. Jones oversees all United Ways of Texas’ statewide initiatives, grants and projects and is responsible for organizational operations. She has many years experience with combined campaigns, facilitation, consultative services, and currently leads statewide contract work focusing on coalition-building across Texas.
Director of Member Services
Ms. Stagner supports all levels of project administration, focusing on the relationships with UWT member United Ways. She oversees communications strategies, training and consultaion services, and program evaluation for several of UWT's initiatives.
Director of Statewide Projects
Mr. Bennett serves as the State Campaign Manager for the State Employee Charitable Campaign here in Texas. He also focuses on resource development projects and best practices in campaign administration.
Director of Policy and Community Engagement
Mr. Thurston works in partnership with local United Ways to identify issues of importance in their communities and helps to translate those into opportunities for systemic change through policy. He is responsible for managing the development of the state policy agenda, researching issues and tracking legislation, and providing policy updates to member organizations.
Ms. Matula is a primary point of contact for United Ways of Texas at our office in Austin, assisting UWT staff and connecting local UW members to helpful resources. She coordinates logistics, day-to-day operations, meetings and various projects.
