UWT Conflicts of Interest Statement

To avoid even the appearance of a conflict of Interest that would tarnish the image of the organization and undermine the public's trust in all United Way organizations, UWT employees will avoid any activity or outside interest that conflicts or appears to confict with the best interests of UWT.  Any involvement with or a current or potential UWT vendor, grantee, or competing organization may violate this code and should be cleared with the employee's supervisor; employees will refrain from participation in or be influenced by any decision or other action of UWT or any local United Way organization that could result in a direct or direct benefit to his or her family or with any other organization with which the employee is substantially affiliated.
